Our Suppliers

For our product range, My NordHaus works with selected partner suppliers.

Some of our partner suppliers are located in China. Depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination, an order may be shipped directly to the customer by one of our partner suppliers.

We work with selected suppliers and quality standards to offer our customers a reliable selection of products.

My NordHaus does not currently operate its own warehouse in Germany or Austria.

Where we deliver

My NordHaus currently ships exclusively to:

• Germany
• Austria

For orders to these countries, we offer free standard shipping.

The estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days from order receipt.

This usually consists of a processing time of 1–2 business days and a transit time of 6–10 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns & Customer Service

In addition to applicable statutory consumer rights, My NordHaus offers a voluntary 90-day return policy from receipt of goods.
